Our CEO
Benjamin Kofi Okata is a business strategist and consultant specializing in industrial chemicals supply, procurement, investment, Construction and project management. He holds an HND in Accounting from Tamale Technical University and a BBA in Accounting from Methodist University. With supply chain management experience, he understands all parts of procurement—from strategic sourcing to supplier relationships—and handles complex procurement challenges effectively.

Head, Legal Team
Ms. Leticia Okata, Esq., is Head of the Legal Team and Administrator at Aviv Kitov Group. She holds an LLB from the University of Cape Coast and is called to the Ghana Bar. In her dual role she provides legal counsel, oversees compliance and corporate governance, manages contracts and risk mitigation, and leads the legal team. As administrator she also coordinates company operations and supports policy implementation to ensure smooth, legally sound business activities.

Head, Operations
Mr. Carlos Jay is Head of Operations at Aviv Kitov Group. A KNUST-trained chemist , he brings experience in industrial chemicals and project management to oversee daily operations, production, and supply chain activities. He holds a BSc. Chemistry
MSc. Environmental Science from KNUST. He focuses on process optimization, safety and regulatory compliance, and efficient project delivery while leading cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce costs.
